Today is Veterans Day in the United States of America and to commemorate the date some of the search engines have special logos on their web sites. We have a logo from Google, a theme from Bing, a logo from AOL and from Dogpile. But for some reason, Yahoo - who typically likes to create neat logos - is missing a logo on Veterans Day this year.

Here are the logos from the search engines.

Dogpile:

AOL:

A special than you from the search industry to all our veterans! There is not enough that can be said.

For the past year logos see 2011, 2010, 2009, 2008, 2007 and 2004.
