Craig Shipp snapped a photo of Tanya Bulloch from Google sporting her Noogler cap during a Google+ Hangout back in October. The picture was just uploaded to Flickr a few days ago.
Nooglers are new Googlers and are forced to wear this special hat for a certain time period.
