When a new employee starts at Google, they make sure to welcome the Noogler (new Googler) with wind spinners, balloons and other festive things. Here is a picture of the Welcome Noogler wind spinner that Google gave out this past Monday when a new Googler started.

In my company, we do pizza when a new person starts working here. But Google does free food every day. :)
