Google launched Bard in Japanese and Korean last week and I guess to advertise the launch Google paid for some ads on the Tokyo subway system.
Here is a photo of that from X, they wrote, "久しぶりに御堂筋乗ったら、少なくとも１両まるまるGoogle Bardの広告でびっくりしてる" which translates to "When I ride Midosuji for the first time in a while, I'm surprised to see at least one entire car advertising Google Bard."
