I need to post about Penguin since it has been almost two days since I didn't write about it.
This is a short one, just so you all are clear. There is no Penguin boost, just like there is no longer a Penguin demotion.
Gary Illyes from Google summed it up quickly in one post on Twitter:

So don't expect a ranking boost from not having a Penguin penalty, like you see with the HTTPS ranking boost. ;-)
