Microsoft Ads New Exclude Audience Ads Placements Within PMax Campaigns

Microsoft Advertising is rolling out a new feature for advertisers to allow you to exclude Audience ads placements within Performance Max campaigns. There is a new setting named "Excluded content terms" within Audience Ads.

This was spotted by Hana Kobzová at PPC News Feed who posted on X about this new feature. She wrote, "This feature allows users to prevent ads from displaying alongside specific page titles by adding unwanted terms at either the account or campaign level."

Microsoft Advertising Adds Excluded Content

Excluded content terms block your ads from showing next to unwanted terms (i.e., page titles). They can be added at the account or campaign level, with a maximum of 1000 terms. Any terms you add to your campaign will be automatically applied to all campaigns in your account to save you time later.
