A couple of weeks ago, Google seemed to accidentally publish its Web Search Service API documentation, then pulled it down last week. Google doesn't offer a public Web Search Service API, so we really can't access it, but I assume it does have some partners with access, like Apple.
The URL to access this document was over here, you can still see the archived version on the Wayback Machine - it says:
The Web Search Service API allows programmatic partners to develop websites and applications that retrieve and display Google Search results.Partners can use REST or gRPC requests to retrieve search results in JSON format.
The Web Search Service API returns results in standard JSON format containing search result items, timing, and metadata.

Matt at Search Engine Journal covered it when that document went live, but shortly after, Google pulled down the document - not surprisingly.
Again, I am not sure how helpful this is to anyone. If you are a Google Search partner, you would have the documentation already.
Manas Panda informed me of the document going away and posted on LinkedIn, "Google quietly published a developer page for a "Web Search Service" — a paid tier in the official docs — around 22 August. By 20 September it was gone. Not deprecated. Deleted: a hard 404, no redirect, no note."
