Once Again; Google Testing Image Thumbnails In Mobile Search Results

Google seems to be testing, once again, image thumbnails in the web search results when on mobile.

Dan Smullen posted on Twitter a screen shot of him seeing image thumbnails in the mobile search results for a search on [green car]. I personally cannot replicate it, but as soon as I covered it on Friday at SEL, I asked Google about it and I have yet to hear back.

Again, this is a test we saw back a couple years ago but haven't seen Google test much since then.
