Google Local Results With Stars To Bookmark Places In Google Maps

Pegman Google MapsAs reported at Search Engine Land, Google is testing (as I cannot see it myself) adding large stars to the local knowledge graph box in the web search results. So if you search for local relevant results, and if a single listing shows up at the top right of the page, it may contain a white star. If you click the star, it will turn gold and then save the location to your Google Maps saved bookmarked locations.

So clicking on it will place it in your Google Maps history.
