Back in December we reported that there was an issue with the Google search stories video creator and since then, we have not had an update until recently.
Google officially announced in the Google Web Search Help thread that they have discontinued support of the Google search stories video creator.
Courtney from Google said:
It is with a heavy heart that I have to announce that after three years, our engineers are no longer supporting the Search Stories Video Creator tool and it will not be returning. As a former teacher, I used the tool in my classroom and also just for fun in my personal life. For the last few weeks, I've tried my best to get this feature up and running again. Unfortunately, we only have so many engineering resources and those working on this tool have been allocated elsewhere.
