Last week, Google launched Google Posts to all Google My Business customers worldwide. The issue is, it isn't available for all business categories, including hotel categories. Google Posts lets you inject real time information into your local listings, be it an advisory, promotion, marketing message or whatever.
Marissa Nordahl from Google posted in the Google My Business Help forums that Google doesn't fully support Google Posts in all business categories but if you are wondering why you do not see the feature just yet, you can ask Google.
You can fill out this form and Google will get back to you in 2-3 business days about why you don't see the feature yet. Maybe you should and maybe Google will activate it for you or maybe you won't see it for your business category until Google unlocks it for that category?
So if you don't see it yet, use that form.
