Google Test One Line Brief AdWords Ads

Google seems to be testing a new format for Google AdWords ads on mobile, which I personally cannot replicate. The ads show in a box of ads which says "ads: more for [your query]" and then it is followed by an icon (probably a favicon) and the URL of the site. There is no ad title, description or ad extensions, just the favicon and the URL.

Can you replicate these?

I am not a fan of these because there is little information provided about each of these ads for the searcher to make a click decision.
