There are numerous threads in the Google News Publisher Help that there is a bug with the feature to submit a site for inclusion into the Google News index. After you request inclusion, it says successful but then goes back to its original state. It should say "Submitted" and now say "Request Inclusion into News Index."
Here is what happens, you click "Request Inclusion into News Index" and then it shows you a success notification:
When you refresh and go back to the main page, it asks you if you want to submit again, when it should just say submitted.
There are numerous complaints about this. I am not sure if this is a bug or what - but something doesn't seem right.
