If you go to Google now you will see a special logo for the Lunar Eclipse that is happening today.
Google just added the special logo to the home page, maybe an hour ago. I know it was not there this morning.
The logo looks like this, but it is interactive:
When you load the Google home page the Lunar Eclipse animation will run but after it runs, you can use a slider on the bottom portion of the logo to control the Lunar Eclipse effect.
Plus, Google will show you information about timing of the Eclipse on the search results page:
