A couple of days ago, Google+ Local pages were not properly showing local photos.
Instead, Google was showing exclamation points in place of the photos.
It seems like Google just fixed the issue with this.

Shortly later, Jade updated her post to say, "Edit: Thanks for your examples -- all appear to be fixed. Let me know if you see any pages that still show the exclamation points."
