Google Dance Tokyo

We knew Google was bringing back the Google Dance to their Tokyo office but we were unsure on the status of their Google Dance at the Mountain View, GooglePlex, main headquarters. I have heard no news on the Google Dance in California, so I have to assume it is not happening since SMX West is just a week or two away.

In any event, Google posted the details on the Tokyo version in Japanese and Google Translate did its work for me.

The event is on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at Google Tokyo Office. It is free to attend and it closes out when it hits 200 people. You can apply to attend using this form but the deadline to apply is March 5th. Participants will be selected by lottery, and only winners will be notified on or after March 8th.

Google will not be paying for transportation expenses to the event.

Google's Gary Illyes, Nagasaki Kazuishi, Ogawa Anna, and Kanaya Takeaki will be running the Dance, just like last year. There will be sessions and Q&A time for Google search, and exchange time between Googlers and participants.

So if you are in the area, you should apply to attend.
