Sergey Alakov spotted another Google test, this one is around Google AdWords ads showing an image in the ad block pulled from the landing page's content. Ginny Marvin has a statement from Google about this, saying Google is always testing things.

Google told Search Engine Land:

We’re always testing new ways to improve our experience for our advertisers and users, but don’t have anything specific to announce right now.

Google does put images in AdWords ads, but I don't believe they've done so dynamically from the landing page's content.
