Google Ball Logo - 12/12/12Folks are asking if Google plans on doing something special today when the clock strikes 12:12 and 12 seconds. Today is December 12, 2012 - also known as 12/12/12.

A Google Web Search Help thread has some Google users asking if there will be a Google logo.

I personally doubt it. We didn't have anything on 11/11/11 and truth be told - it already struck 12/12/12 12:12:12 in other countries and Google didn't make changes to the logos on those country specific sites. That is usually an indicator if something will happen on Google US's home page.

Don't worry, we only have about 88 years until 01/01/01 again.
