Here is a screen shot from Ellen Edmands where Google is showing a double or dual listing for a business "related" carousel on desktop. I cannot replicate this and I don't think I've ever seen this happen before but I am told it does happen and it is rare.

She said "I searched the business name represented by the blue arrow an hour before this second business name search result." Mike Blumenthal said he has seen this before with theme parks but not these types of queries.
It is a weird search result feature to show - don't you think?
