Bing VideoBing announced updates to their video search engine, Bing Video.

The updates include a more enhanced visual representation of the videos and also additional search filters.

Specifically:

  • Pop-out hover previews - Save viewers time by allowing them to easily preview videos with a larger and higher resolution pop-out window.
  • Video overlay and improved navigation - Display videos front and center and let people easily browse to the next video without leaving the collection.
  • Bigger video thumbnails - Larger thumbnails make it easier for people to scan through videos and now includes source favicon and video view counts.
  • New filters - Allow people to easily filter through video content categories by length, date, resolution and source.

I am honestly thinking SEOs and webmasters will not be a fan of the pop-out hover previews.
