FTP Data Feed Uploads To Google Merchant Center Broken

Aug 13, 2010 - 8:25 am 1 by

Those of you who submit data feeds to the Google Merchant Center via manual FTP are out of luck, at least for the time being.

A Google Merchant Center Help thread has confirmed reports that the FTP method of uploading data feeds is currently broken.

Roger from the Google Merchant Center team said:

We are currently experiencing processing issues with data feeds uploaded via FTP. We are investigating this issue. In the meantime, if your data feed uploaded via FTP is not processing, please resubmit it. We will update this thread once this issue is resolved.

This was posted this morning at about 6:50am (EST).

So don't freak out if you can't upload your feeds, it is everyone.
