Does Google Analytics Use Site Search and Custom Search for Reporting?

If you're using a Google Custom Search engine, does Google Analytics return that in its reports for keyword searches? The question was asked on a forum, and the answer couldn't have been more timely. According to the Google Analytics Blog, this is a new feature that you'll have to enable:

Turn on Site Search for Google Analytics

Just put the radio button next to "Do Track Site Search" and put in the required queries (depending on how your website is developed).

Once you do, the areas greyed out in the screenshot below will actually be clickable:
