The Google AdWords Blog announced Friday that it has released version 4.0 of the Google AdWords editor. This is a tool that is free and allows users to have easy campaign management. After attending the Google AdWords Editor teleconference last month, I know that this is a pretty nifty tool.

WebmasterWorld and DigitalPoint Forums members are noticing a variety of new features and improvements, including:

  • Improved speed and responsiveness
  • Ability to set custom date ranges
  • More structured menus and better shortcut keys
  • Ability to publish a single campaign
  • Ability to reorder columns
  • Mobile ad tab added
  • ...and a whole lot of other performance enhancements

AdWordsAdvisor chimed in at WebmasterWorld with the official release notes as well, but it actually looks like the forum members already discovered the new features on their own. :)

Forum discussion continues at WebmasterWorld and DigitalPoint Forums.
