Search Queries Report In Google Webmaster Tools Dead

Google Webmaster ToolsIf you try to access your search queries report within Google Webmaster Tools right now, you would be out of luck.

You'd see a message that reads, "Hm. Something isn't right. We're checking into it now."

Here is a picture of the error:

Google Webmaster Tools Search Queries Down

Tons of reports are flowing into the Google Webmaster Help forums. The first report was about at 12:35 EDT, about 30 minutes ago.

So do not worry, many people are experiencing the same issue. I am sure Google is working on reviving it, being that this is virtually our only source of query data for webmasters these days. Unless, Google turned completely evil on Matt Cutts first day of leave?

Update: And we're back about 45 minutes after it went down.

Hat tip to Dan at Elevated.com for pinging me about this.
