The new design looks like this:
Googler, Matt, from the Google forums said in a Google Web Search Help thread:
I'm happy to announce that the Web Search Help Center recently received a "makeover"!http://www.google.com/support/websearch/

What do you think of the new design?

Changes have been rolling out in these days ... they started with the new splash screen, but not everybody can see it yet.

It's okay but I really didn't notice it at first. I had no problems with the old one so I don't know if they should have changed it. As long as changes are not too drastic people will not react that much. I'm not fussy but others might feel that aesthetics are good.

Can't paste on to new websearch bar, plus my location isn't right aswell, but it does search faster and it's not as heavy.
