A good list to start off the new year and get back into working our sites. I like the 'stop being a lazy affiliate' remark. I also think we need to check our own backlink profile to keep it relevant and industry specific.

Great - here's another item to add to the list: Stop writing QUALITY content and adding it to your website cuz Google couldn't care less. I spent virtually the entirety of 2010 hunkered down over a computer keyboard writing writing writing and it didn't do 'jack' - Google hasn't updated its index fro my market segment since - God knows how long - SEO is dead - Google killed it with total indifference. Those bastards are making phones, netbooks and every other pc of crap tech gadget they can lay their grubby hands on. If any of you think these douchebags still care about search I've got a bridge to sell you.

2011 is almost halfway, hopefully Google is able to improve those and work on those in the list.

Great list. This must be done on a daily basis, if not weekly. When you become less active a competitor jumps on top of you especially when you're in a very competitive industry.
