Google's Jeff Huber announced on Google+ that Google's new iPhone Google Maps app was downloaded over 10 million times in 48 hours.
That means it was downloaded about 58 times per second or 3,500 times per minute over the course of two days.
The app has over 20,000 reviews with almost a perfect 5 star rating. I think Google can call this launch a success. If only it was released earlier when iOS 6 came out.
