Tomorrow, November 8th, is the 115th anniversary of the discovery of X-rays. Google will have a special logo, aka Doodle, of an X-ray of the Google logo. I bet you never knew what made up the Google logo? Well, now is your chance.
Since it is already tomorrow in Australia, you can check out the logo at Google Australia. As you can see, I have a picture of it below:
We see the Google logo is made up of bones, a key, a rubber duck, other skeletons and maybe a couple coins.
Okay, to be serious, on November 8, 1895, German physics professor Wilhelm Röntgen discovered X-rays while experimenting with Lenard and Crookes tubes and began studying them. You can read all about the history of X-rays at Wikipedia.
Again, most of you will see the special X-Ray version of the Google logo tomorrow.

Not sure if that is a 69 on purpose.

In the original doodle, the pointed segment below and above of the o's are flickering on and off.

Is that 'g' made up of a pigeon x-ray? Google Dove throwback?

I think the "69" is a stomach, with the points of the "numbers" being the top and bottom. I think the 2 o's are supposed to be in a stomach.
