Google AdSense Ad Asks To Be Clicked

We know that publishers cannot ask or encourage (to some degree) their web visitors to click on the Google AdSense ads on the pages. Many have been banned for doing so, including this funny one. Anyway...

A DigitalPoint Forums thread discusses a different topic. An ad, not the publisher, but rather the advertiser, asking the person to click on the ad. Often, you see in ads, "click here..." but this ad reads;

Student asks for 2 Clicks
to finance my studies: 1x here, 1x on my sponsors! Thanks a lot

The clicks will lead to a profit for this student. There is no relevancy for the ad. No reason to click this ad, outside of wanting this student to earn a penny. Which is just weird.

Wonder which site this ad appears ... really strange and I've never seen something like this before.

Think that Ad violates Google's TOS since publishers are not allowed to ask for clicking in any way. Its stange google allowed such ad. Looks like they are not "moderating" ads :)
