Google Visitor Center Beta

Danny Sullivan was at Google yesterday and for the first time saw a visitor center at the GooglePlex. Google has really never had or allowed for touring of the Google headquarters without you being supervised by a Google employee, but now it seems they are setting up a visitor center - a specific touring center.

The sign above, that Danny took a picture of and posted on Twitter reads:

Welcome to the Google Visitor Center BETA

Please excuse the temporary nature of this center, we are working on a more permanent, updated tour center that will be opening in the summer of 2015.

Very interesting. I guess Google is finally going to enable organized touring of their headquarters.
