Every year Google swaps out the sign hanging on the GooglePlex for Pride month to make the Os in the Google logo have a rainbow color. Here is a photo from Peter the Greeter of the workers actively doing the swap out of the Os.
He posted this on Instagram and wrote "🌈The GOOGLE sign is getting a fun facelift!!! I LOVE a good surprise!"
