Kenichi Suzuki posted a picture on Google+ of, I believe, the first local top contributor meetup hosted at the Google Japan office. They recently did a local one in Germany and now they are hosting one in Japan.
Here is a photo Googlers, I believe, from that office holding the top contributor summit sign. Although, they may not be Googlers, I am not sure.
