Google is once again testing the card based user interface for the search results snippets page. Google actually launched this interface back in 2013 and shortly replaced it after much testing. But now Google is testing it again.
I received a few notifications of this test this morning from @nagula_kiran, @Bring_NickB and @seorakeshsingh.

As you can see, they are on that ad units and the organic results.
It seems like Google stepped up the test this morning and a lot of people are now seeing it.
This comes recently after Google started testing wider search results.
