Google SPY WorldA couple weeks ago, Google launched Search Plus Your World and they are getting a lot of negative feedback on the over personalization, especially after all the privacy policy changes.

That being said, a WebmasterWorld pointed out that the "Search Plus Your World" can be shortened as an acronym that doesn't look too good for Google - SPY World!

WebmasterWorld Moderator, Travelin Cat, said:

Have any of you noticed that Google's new "Search Plus Your World" can be shortened to SPY World?

You would think that a billion dollar company would do a little acronym study before a major brand announcement.

I have not seen the term used elsewhere yet but I assume it is only a matter of time until it catches on.

WebmasterWorld administrator, Tedster, added, "Now that you bring it up, you may have started a very embarrassing meme for Google."
