Google ShihuiGoogle has launched a new site in China named Google Shihui.

The site is basically a deals site, or "offer aggregator" as the file name of the logo used on the site. It translates to timely deal.

Google spokesman Robin Moroney told IDG, "Shihui is in the early stages of development and we'll be working with our partners to see what features drive the best traffic to their sites and also what features guide users to the offers that are most valuable to them."

Of course, this leads to questions if this will come to other countries, like the US. Google does have Google Offers in the U.S., which is a different model but conceptually similar.

What do you think about this?
