Google Places is continually undergoing revamps and at the same time, is continually having technical issues.
The good news first. It appears that Google has redesigned the Google Places landing page once again. Here is the new look:
But there are also some issues, many still lingering on, but this one is a new one. The dashboard statistics have stopped updating as of February 18th, yep 17 days ago. Brianna from the Google Maps team said in a Google Places Help thread:
We are aware that dashboard statistics for listings have not been updated since February 18. We are actively working to re-populate data for dates since February 18. Thanks for your patience
