Over the past week or so, Google has been testing different ways to show the people also search for feature in search and mobile search.
We covered them showing up in the local results but look at these screen shots shared by Brodie Clark and Valentin Pletzer. You can see mini results, reference lists, and so much is going on here.
Brodie said on Twitter that this result is just "strange."

1. There's a mini Organic listing in the 11th position
2. It's a 'People also search for' result, although links look like they are extracted from the mini result

I am not sure exactly what is going on here but these may be just tests. Brodie wrote more about this over here.
