Every day, I get at least one question about the status of the Penguin update. Well, John Mueller in this morning's Google Hangout on Google+ said at the 55 minute mark that it still has not launched. He added, he has no date to give us on when it will launch.
The question was:
Hate to be "that guy", but did Penguin begin to roll out recently? Seeing some drastic changes (both good and bad) in the SERPS for some of our sites.
John Mueller responded:
No. As far as I know, this has not rolled out yet. I also don’t have any date that I can share with you.
