Google announced their new top navigation changes. It includes dropping the Google black bar launched in June of this year and replacing it with a white top, Google logo with navigation drop down and Google + sharing features.
So instead of navigating to the other Google services at the top bar, you mouse over the Google logo and click on the drop down menu. Here is a bigger look at that, with the "more" section expanded.

Google started testing this in late October and I guess they like the results so decided to keep it.
