There are many local SEOs who are complaining about the delay with Google My Business in reinstating businesses that were suspended. I am seeing numerous complaints in the forums and on Twitter about this.
Most recently is from Francisco Castro Vazquez who wrote on Twitter "There are a lot of listing waiting to be reinstated by Google My Business team. Is the delay happening only in Spanish market?" Nope, not just the Spanish market...
There is a lot everywhere.

We reported something similar last week around suspension issues with Google My Business, maybe it is related?
