Google Job Search Portal Results Powered By Schema?

The other week, we spotted Google showing a job portal search results set in their web results. It was an experiment that Google would not confirm outside of saying they are always testing things.

Aaron Bradly, the schema king, reminded me on Twitter that a month or so ago he spotted Google showing Jobs related schema options in the Partner-only Features section of the schema page. The jobs option included jobs, pending properties and job search content policy.

Aaron also pointed out that some of the sites he was looking around at did have schema markup for job results. Here are screen shots he shared:

So if you have a job site, might be worth adding job related schema.
