Google: Google.com/ncr (No Country Redirect) Should Work Again In Future

The other week I reported that Google.com/ncr (No Country Redirect) Not Working For Some. There were work arounds, yes, but going to google.com/ncr didn't set the Google search results as if they were in the US.

Google's John Mueller finally replied to Pedro Dias, who asked the question over a week ago, on Twitter. John Mueller said "I suspect it'll be back." He didn't say when. I did personally ask Google about this over a week ago and still don't have any official word from PR on the topic, so John is the closest comment we have to that.

John added his own work around, that you "can do it now by going to "/ncr" & then clicking on "use http://google.com " in the footer."
