There are people I know who spend their days disavowing links and there are people I know who refuse to every disavow a link.
A WebmasterWorld thread has one webmaster saying that now SEOs are no longer, in general disavowing links. I am not sure where that came from, but the webmaster said:
I've heard some chatter lately that SEOs don't need to disavow backlinks anymore. Is this the case?
I don't think that is the case.
Personally, I've never disavowed a link in my life and trust me, I have plenty of bad links pointing to my sites. Not because I built them, because people want to teach me a lesson about negative SEO.
