A Google Top Contributor, Joy Hawkins, posted in the Google My Business Help forums about some of her clients who use AdWords Express not saying their gold stars in their ads are now dropping off.

I have a client who is really sold on AdWords Express because of the gold stars. He's been noticing recently they have been disappearing off all his ads. Is there anything that you guys are aware of that might cause this?
Kathleen from Google responded that the advertiser needs at lease 3.5 or higher to show the stars. Joy said the advertiser does and linked to the profile.
