Diller Steps Down At IAC To Improve Company?

Big news yesterday around the parent company of Ask.com, IAC/InterActiveCorp's CEO and chairman, stepped down as CEO to become the senior executive of IAC. In addition, one of IAC's large shareholders, Liberty Media, has fully bought out of their shares for $220 million in cash and the IAC's Gifts.com and Evite.

Diller said he stepped down as CEO because the company wasn't being managed correctly. So he is stepping closer, not stepping down.

Either way, he declared Ask.com not a search engine a couple weeks ago and now this major shake up. I doubt they are directly related but interesting stuff is going on there now.
