Microsoft is testing expanding the favicons in the Bing Search results interface when you hover your mouse cursor over the search result listing and/or ad.
This was spotted by Sachin Patel who posted about it on X - here is a GIF of it in action:

This reminds me of when Bing only showed the favicon on hover - that was interesting.
