What's The Diff Google? Now That Panda Is Part Of The Core Algorithm?

I asked the question a few times but I have not received any answer on the topic at all. What is the difference now that Google Panda is part of the core ranking algorithm?

I asked it to John Mueller in a Google Hangout at the 35:10 minute mark:

Barry Schwartz: The question is, I like the way Mihai phrased it... What's the difference? Is it just going to be more regular? What's the difference that we can expect now that Panda is part of the core ranking algorithm?

John Mueller: I don't really have a good answer for you.

I asked Gary Illyes on Twitter and he said, "I'll try to clarify that later..."

When/If I get an answer, I'll let you know. But Google may not want to give us an answer for many reasons that may be obvious to some of you.
