Google's Real Time Results Too Spammy?

Ever since Google began incorporating real time results in the form of Tweets and other real time sharing sites into their search results, it resulted in a new way for people to get their information out there, on the first page of Google. Let's forget for the minute that a study claimed the real time results are ignored and pretend people look at them. Do you think spammers are taking advantage of them and abusing it?

A WebmasterWorld thread has complaints from searchers about the level of spam injected into those real time results box. Personally, I have not found them to be too spammy. In fact, I just went through the top trending searches at Google Trends and did not find any spam in the real time results. Maybe I am looking in the wrong area? So what do you think? Take the poll above.
