Google’s former search quality man said Google trusts links less after they’ve been changed. Google Webmaster Tools began notifying webmasters when right to be forgotten content was removed. Google’s structured data testing tool has also removed the image from the authorship. Google showed use their new beta international targeting reports in Google Webmaster Tools. Google said you can’t redirect a penalized site to harm another for negative SEO purposes. Google has a great presentation from I/O on HTTPS. Jason Calacanis wants revenge against Google’s Matt Cutts for Panda destroying Mahalo. The AP is going to use robots to right earnings reports. Google is going to close Orkut, their first social network. Google has a new robots.txt file designed to protect Larry Page and Sergey Brin, the co-founders, from The Terminator. Matt Cutts, Google’s head of search spam, said he is taking off through October to be with his wife. That was this past week in search at the Search Engine Roundtable.
