Google helped announce on Google+ that the Google Top Contributors are running weekly hangouts to help webmasters with webmaster related issues as it related to Google search.
The hangouts run every Friday from 11am-12pm PST. The topics and questions are seeded from questions submitted via Google Moderator.
They have a special +helpdeskhangouts page on Google+ to announce these hangouts.
